Commerce, if your going to grow to make money you need Zoning and a License. period. All commerce is regulated in such a way.
One thing concerns me in the new regulations is the Math. The amount of plants one can grow per sq. ft. The Amount one can hold and the amount one can produce. The whole thing is regulated in such a way that no one is going to thrive. Most companies will die sell off and Big Tobacco looks like it might take over.
The whole regulation on what on can produce and sell in so unconstitutional in a free and fair market place.
