MRVB doesn't start till next quarter... gold, oil, lithium among others
Working on a contract whereby a China buyer agreed to take 6M barrels of oil
No final contract yet and still negotiating to assure seller is following rules
Unlike when first started with $85K loan request of EXIM, now TPAC has colladeral to put up.
Any one of our deals would allow us to buy back every share although that's unlikely to happen as shareholders won't give up shares.
Will not do a Reverse Split (RS)... can have share structure anywhere from 400M to a billion but would like and want to see it at 400M
Eight months from today to up list to a higher exchange like QB or QX
