One of the trusted longs posted elsewhere that his buy order is not getting filled at .0001 despite the supposed availability of 113M.
This can be due to setting an All Or Nothing (AON) order - even when it is for less than an individual MM is showing. That has certainly happened to me on $REDG and other stocks - when that happens it is worth resubmitting the order without AON set and it should fill if all the MMs together are actually capable of and willing to fill it.
