Or...the company could really care less about the share price at this point because they are in the process of getting ready to kick off the next evolution of the company.

The share price will then hopefully start to reflect the true value of the company, as opposed to what the MM manipulate it to to make their money.

Makes no sense to spend money on a bunch of uncoordinated activities until they're ready to go.....but, like you said...who knows.....
