Fact is, dilution has froze.
Only 91 million shares available, likely more than 50% held by the company and employees.
That means there's likely less than 45 million shares available and I'm estimating that 30/45 million is locked up.
The single bid at .05 is 1/422 ownership of the company. If my estimation is right about the real available float, that bid is 1/68 of the estimated available float.
