A start up company on the Pinks is going to have dilution (Investment) by authorizing more shares period. Nobody wanted a reverse split, but lets be real, 2 billion shares with limited revenues. I will reserve judgement until this plays out, but I still believe the RISK of investing in this penny stock will pay handsomely. The majority of any other penny stock out there doesn't even have a product, just an idea to pump. The main problem with this company is being on the Pinks, period. I am still optimistic, and also down a lot of money as well.
