For one thing we know that a settlement has not been reached yet with DUO and that the parties have agreed to an expedited Discovery (exchanges of information). Therefore, since they have just started discovery, most likely there will not be a Septembers 11 settlement date with this defendant. However, by not involving the court in discovery, this shows that the parties have agreed and are still working towards a fair and equitable resolution (working on the terms and conditions of the settlement through discovery). This is almost equal to asking for further extension to answer the complaint (similar to Microsoft and Centrify). As far as time frame is concerned, it could still be sometime Sept or the next few months. Of course this is only for this Defendant. We don't know about the other 2 defendants.
