I wouldn't expect much activity at the plant anyway, as there is not much reason to be there in the first place, the processors aren't running and any contract negotiations can be carried out anywhere, no reason to go to the plant to carry these out.
I assume most work currently can be carried out from wherever, the CFO can easily work from home, same with Rick, who I assume works from his shipyard, which makes sense to me.
If they are currently negotiating a deal with one or more of the interested parties from the last 2 years, then I think it is safe to assume that they have seen all they need to see at the plant, and can carry on negotiations wherever it makes sense.
