I have to agree with you Atlas, this server update is no doubt a big project transformation but I question why it was not better thought out if they know a predictable time frame how long to be down. At a minimum when opening the APP it should make mention that the system is down for maintenance/upgrades.
I emailed Mark Morris on this last Friday but have not received a reply.
