Agreed. I want to use the service. a day or two down was fine but this is ridiculous without any information. Look at some recent reviews on Google play. people have downloaded the app to their new tvs or wherever and given it a 1 star rating with the comment that it doesn't work. Those users will likely never try to use it again. We need to hear from the company NOW! I also think the whole akyumen thing is being blown out of proportion. I can't even figure out what phone services work with that phone. But that's really a whole different issue for a different post maybe.
