Huge difference between fidelity failing to detect and prevent fraud and e*trades out right manipulation and settling of your actual trades before they are actioned! But hey I'm not a democrate so I don't think that someone/entity should be punished for not doing the job the government/SEC/FINRA is being paid to do!
