I have not made a mistake. Kayazz keeps preaching that BLTA is late in fliling, and I just simply ask him to call the company himself to find out why they haven't filed to his expectations, or have another option by calling the SEC to see why Kayazz believes that a rule has been broken.

I have not made a mistake...I'm just pointing out the obvious. I too had expected Baltia to file around August 15th, until Speculator showed me this site, and saw that September 14th is the "next" date for 10-Q filing.

If Baltia is SUPPOSE to file on August 15th...then.....why haven't they?

Complaining about it on the board as Kayazz has been doing...isn't going anywhere.
