Mogman, I think you are dead accurate on your assessment in a vacuum however there are other contracts in the works right now. Therefore, announcements can potentially be made prior to any China production deal . I'm certainly not saying this will cause the share price to sky rocket but it just may be enough to keep the share price in the .001 range if not a couple notches higher.

As always, time will tell but I'd love to see Cummins get involved and make a wondrous mess of things.
