Getting back to Baltia, which of course is why real investors are here. my prediction is for early to mid sept for a deal. This is based on the fact that cp capital needs a month to prepare documents. Then a few weeks need to go back and forth between all the attorneys. Real attorneys, not unicycle riding depressed ones. Many attorneys need to come back from vacation in the hamptons. Then everything gets signed in 2 weeks. That's the way I see it. Hope I'm right.
