Not sure exactly what you meant by that question, but judging by the content in the first two paragraphs the arrangement was essentially the same as the one for Canadian distribution as far as basic arrangements, but clearly NOT with the same people, so to assume the same result is ludicrous, but Brooksey was referring to what bashers would do. No surprise at all that they would try and compare the two. This speaks volumes. A lot of work has been done already (as opposed to just forecast by the Canadian prospect), and many "affluent" Chinese investors are involved. I think this is very much going to happen and happen big. First 2 paragraphs:
