Now that i agree on that.
Smog is an entirely different matter.
I lived in a beach town a couple years
LA county. 1970
The air was clear at the beach, the breezes.
It was my second winter there i could see
snow capped mountains hidden before that by smog.
Going up into the mountains there was a smog line altitude.
Clean above it.
