In my opinion, one of the flipper / bashers trying to get out even at .0001 - if they don't see the ask slapped immediately for a bigger run - waited even longer today before putting their medium size order up.
GTC sell orders at the close - 42M.
38M added in the first minute > 80M.
30M added after 4 minutes > 110M - still less than 116M just prior to the close.
The ask at .0001 at the open is getting down to the level that one or two people can take all the remaining .0001s - let alone the group that has already loaded it - see sticky above about the previous run.
