DEFAMATION
TPAC management has approved the following enforcement actions (not a comprehensive list) against any party making libelous statements in relation to TPAC business structures and stock offerings. As first steps:
· Consistent notification to the Message Board service provider of each known material breach of its terms and conditions by the perpetrators
· If disciplinary actions from the Message Board service provider does not result from failing to comply with its Terms of Use by revoking right to use its site, reporting abuse to the perpetrators ISP or at minimum a warning, TPAC will begin legal proceedings
· TPAC will take legal action against the Message Board service, the user of that service for compensatory and punitive damages.
· TPAC is logging each known libelous statement and will provide, if applicable, consistent reports to the SEC as evidence of parties compelled to the breakdown of TPAC.
· Disclose a “black ball” list of known perpetrators and posted on TPAC website
CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
· Commencing 2017, TPAC will move to a shareholder validation system
· This will require shareholders requesting direct contractual deal information to validate their acquisitions.
