Soooo, no more FEMA help for anyone in any of the hurricane prone, flood prone states....including yours?

I see no conflict between self-reliance and a helping hand. But 'your call'. I think it would be helpful to our Nation's budget if States could opt out of FEMA help.

Just flat out sign a 'not needed' pledge because in 'conservative world' all circumstances are the same for all people at all times.
