I think Trump get's around it by using the U.S Army and by federalizing some national guard units. Same diff, huh?
I presume that they will keep their bayonets sheathed and 'unfixed'.
It will still make for interesting TV broadcast around the world though.
If it's during the winter, some of the baseball parks could be used for detention, feeding and processing.
I don't know if their are enough Amtrak passenger cars, so some private freight companies can help. That's going to make for more interesting TV if they're loaded into freight train cars.
