Yes, it is incompatible with the U.S Constitution as is Biblical law.

Too many conservatives worry about Sharia law because they think that it will be insinuated into U.S law. IF most conservatives actually understood, and respected, the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. they would realize that the same separation of church from state mandated by that clause also separate's Mosque and Synagogue from State as well.

So for suffering the indignation of not having public school mandated
Christian prayer, which Christians and wannabe theocrats have been losing their shit over for decades, those same Christians will never hear the Muslim call to prayer piped into the PA system of any U.S. public schools.
