I agree with you mogman. As near as I can tell, unfortunately, Coates and China are still exchanging proposals, not drawing up contracts. Hope GC sticks to his 5 year company plan which includes US production and does not give away the store to China in order to save it. Does anyone doubt that China would take the whole enchilada if they had half a chance?

Previous PR releases indicate that George may be dependent on advanced license fees from China to get US production going. Best case scenario would be If George could get Cummins to come on board first. Imagine the bargaining power George would have with China then. It could happen.
