Those that shorted it down to the mid-.0020s a few days ago walked a couple of 10K hold back amounts down causing a few people who were lucky enough to get .0030>.0035 to panic and sell.
Having got someone to part with 3.909M at .0037, the ask is moving back up.
A 3.949M bid (huge for this low float) is being maintained at .0037 to see if anyone else is willing to sell for around 20%.
Unlikely since most who have been bold enough to buy know that this might be an easy 200%>1000% from current levels if one is patient and waits for company's regular periodic PRs and promos.
