Up 12% on 15M volume so far.
CDEL & VFIN 10K holdback attempts are retreating when hit hard enough at consecutive levels. As before, anytime a flipper whacks the bid, they take advantage and move down. Best to not put large bids up and let a spread develop - then the ability for flippers to get a profit is reduced significantly.
