it certainly is ... 
in the *old days* pre (almost total) OTC *perversion* by CEs *who do* by rote
legit selling wouldn't be *marked* .. that is why after watching Wednesday's
2 10ks .. *not relo* .. and not be *marked* and Thursday's 4 sets of 10ks (2
of which have time stamps provided) and 1 10k *marked* .. it will be revealing
to see what comes to pass today .. of course it's also a Friday .. but what
i'm actually watching for are *UCs* on the now *visible* wall on the ask @
07c and ETRF's *stance* (yesterday) .. to prevent 10c from being accessed ..
