I'm torn.
As an investor I want them to end the court case as soon as possible so they can get current on their numbers. Plus, I'm really interested to see the revenue growth they are experiencing from dealerships being sold and the sale of product.
On the flip side, it would be great to expose KBM and all their shenanigans through a full trial.
Hopefully they can find a way to file even if it does go to trial.
