As usual, it would be the latter. Exactly what happened last time with this one, and what happens with many others all of the time. These are the , 'quick change' , folks that ruin companies with holding the pps down for short term chump change opposed to letting it go up naturally for the REAL payout.
One of the really bad things about having too many available shares. At a higher price.......they simply would not do that because they would have to invest to much for a small return. GLTA
