So you say when a company does not communicate with its shareholders it's a bad sign....a very bad sign.
Well..... I've been down this road once before with SiriusXM that had a very well respected and one of the best in the radio media business, CEO Mel Karmazin.
It took the FCC from what I can recall approximately 16 months to approve the merger between Sirius & XM that was finally approved mid 2008.
As Mel Karmazin was struggling to restructure and refinance debt after the merger, the company was in total silence approximate 7 months to its shareholders as it was facing filing Bankruptcy January 2009. The shareholders ere fuming as the stock plummet to .05
I loaded up at .08 as I heard the news January 2009 about John Melone / Liberty Media coming to the rescue and taking stake in Sirius a day before having to file bankrupt.
So my friend sometime silent is golden !!!
