7.85M in slaps on the ask at .0006 in the closing minute reduced the undercut ask significantly.
When those that bought out the .0006s yesterday didn't follow through and continue buying the .0007s, those that could get a 1 tick flip at .0006 undercut the ask today. So the .0007 ask should be less next time around.
Eventually, the 1>2-tick flippers will get left behind and unable to get back in again once we start seeing 5M>10M buys out of a 10M/20M ask per .0001 again.
Each PR is worth about 50M>55M in volume.
