I believe Joseph Kennedy used shorting as a way of Making some of His Big Bucks[mostly bootlegging whiskey though].

He may have been the inventor of Shorting the market.

I am wondering if the SEC invented Naked Shorting?

This Naked Shorting really became prevalent in the Year 2000 .

And has been going on ever since.

Once the people in Power found out about it, they supported this wonderful opportunity to steal money legally from the middle Class and others whose delved in a 401K.

I don't think it will ever stop.

Maybe We should all invest in German Companies that are only traded on the Berlin Exchange?
