Look at my past posts. I have already called out NITE. With bashers on multiple boards (10 that I monitor) constantly calling out VNDM as an automatic dillutor, I viewed that as a misdirect. And it is.
Here is what I have discovered:
-EVERY mm in the OTC accepts dilution orders. All of them. No question.
-VNDM on the ask cannot be considered automatic dillution unless you also consider NITE on the ask as automatic dillution.
-NITE is the OTC bully.
-NITE has IMO an unusually large number of reportable events compared to the other OTC MMs. The associated fines are huge.
My conclusion VNDM is small potatos, NITE is the one to worry about.
