They haven't filed and that is why they are holding on. They will keep holding on and keep posting that they are a scam because they haven't filed. That is what they do to all OTC stocks that don't file. What they are not focusing on is how the company is growing fundamentally and the unknown revenues they are collecting. They cannot talk about that, they won't focus on it, it will simply expose them more and those revenues could be extraordinary.

God forbid HJOE wins out over KBM. God forbid HJOE announces the acquisition of an auditor, God forbid they announce their intent to file. God forbid the stop comes down. HJOE said it would happen. I believe them. It would be the final nail in their coffin and a stunning turn-around story. Sort of David knocking Goliath the fuck out with his tiny little sling shot.
