Re: Ragz2Richez #11744
I have limited exposure to OTC stocks, however, I suspect this might be the first time ever a company has, itself, issued a warning about purchasing their stock. This goes a long way in reinforcing my belief that this company is trying its best to do the right things.
Any company's business is about making a profit, both for the primaries and for the shareholders, and any other stake holders. Its not about making bearings, its about making money.
The honest companies take everybody along for the profit ride. This, IMO is an honest company and an honest CEO.
Having said that, if TPAC falls flat (which I do not think will happen) it will NOT be from anything illegal. It will be just business. Yes, there have been mistakes. Yes, road to profitability has been long. But NO! no fraud exists. The only risk here is normal business risk.
My hats off to Mr. Bill McKay and his resolve.
I understand he likes being called Willy. Therefore, I think we should co-opt the phrase "Wild Willy" and make it Mr. McKay's official nickname. This is a tough industry and we have a tough CEO. I think it is an appropriate and honorable nickname.
What do you say Mr. McKay, would you accept "Wild Willy" as your official nickname?

I'm only responsible for what I say, not for what you understand.
