if I take 696 m + 256 m + 144 m - 1.4 billion = 304 million
No cusip # on Encounter Tech Restricted yet...should be about 300-310 m of them?
You know the Iou for 1.75 million and Iyp. Seems Peg Inc divvys merged with them since. Some have placed a price of $9 on them per share since ?
