I, sadly, just concur with something stockaddict said about naked shorting. I dealt with it 20 years ago. These stocks are not marginable, does not matter. Naked shorting is against the rules. With that said, good luck enforcing it. MM's just roll the shorts over amongst themselves or short through Canadian firms that have 30 day settlement, at least they did that in the 90's. My point is, there is nothing that can be done. Even if a buy in was issued, they would roll it to someone else and flip it back. All we need is real news, real revenue and nobody would dare short this.
