I think they should have released they 10q's same day on the 15th August, not sure why they didn't, like you said, who knows. I know I don't.

Also Glasgow had been accumulating all along form what I heard, on the bk announcement day he did buy a bunch "it looks like" and put up him up over the 5% and had 45 days to file as well since he was under 10%
