From a technical standpoint we have had higher lows since July 1 with .002 being major resistance and .0011-.0013 minor resistance.
volume has dropped way off but it also appears any dilution has also dropped off to nothing.
Again this doesnt mean too much. We just need progress on the Sales /production front.
