Bankruptcy is bankruptcy. Let's be honest here, something is wrong when the company can't pay it's bills or file it's financials. I was about to buy $25,000 worth of shares just before the bankruptcy news hit. Thank God I didn't.

Why is the company not filing it's financials? Any idea?
