Productions LLC “SNM Global Holdings (SNMN), an entertainment/media holding company, is
pleased to announce that SNMN has executed a term sheet with Red Canvas Productions, LLC to
enter a joint venture for the release and distribution of the movie Money Fight. SNM Global will
provide funding and support in exchange for a 37.5% stake in Red Canvas, its properties, and
future projects. Also, SNM Global will have exclusive distribution rights to the movie Money
Fight” (excerpt from their July press release).
