The question with some of us regarding the uplisting wasn't that they didn't uplist Monday. We knew it wasn't happening.
It was that there were conflicting stories about what stage they were at on Monday.
The accepted story for a while was that all work was done on RMHB side of things as of Monday and were just waiting to apply for uplisting, that was it, the last and only step.
Then it came out that they did not receive the "no comment" status yet, still had documentation to submit, wait for the no comment status, and then apply for uplisting. This is a pretty different story than was previously being reported.
That was the issue.
