Yes, I saw that, as I sat for 4 hours in the Apple store with 2 smart techs trying to get me up and running again. Fortunately they provide computers for entertainment purposes. Not that I consider that the GOOD kind of entertainment....
OT: For those who have a PC, THIS is why people love their Apples, and Apple is not going away any time soon. 4 hours of excellent tech support and my charge for this was..... ZERO.
The store was packed with people getting help with their iPhones and iPads. Sure, buy some other tablet -- is there someplace you can go to for help to get it set up just the way you want, for free?
