The thing that I like about this deal is once TPAC can show it can handle 6 million barrels a month, which is no small number, it will eventually lead to bigger deals with big clients. Russia is one of the biggest exporters of oil and natural gas to China. I would like to see a future contract with a Russian conglomerates.
