Uplisting to the OTCQB is just first step in a long process.

It should be viewed as a "step in the right direction" and not "the be all end all"

I know many here have been putting great emphasis on this uplist. While it is a positive move- it is just a progression up the ladder.

same shenanigans that we see on the Pink Sheets happen on the QB - just a little less of them . As we keep moving up the ladder towards a major exchange in the next few years there should be a lot less of the games played as we make that climb.

More important than uplisting to the QB is this:

1- Placement in national convenience store chains
2- Placement national big box chains
3-growing Brand awareness
4- non dilutive financing.
5-positive managerial leadership
