From what I read about that story. The product he was using came from a dispensary in Cali. I looked at their website and they can only sell to those that have a medical card in Cali. I am going to guess that Nick is going to be tested and THC is also going to be in his system(similar to the original charolettes web). The oil comes from the cannibis plant, not hemp. I am with you hoping this could have some effect on at least getting low THC cannibis strains made legal, but in my opinion the law makers already know the benefits, and how detrimental this would be to big pharma.
