Big difference in what I would like to see and what I expect to see sadly. For instance 20 years ago when I understood what naked shorting was doing to small companies and investors I expected regulators to put a stop to it ASAP.
I did not expect those very same regulators to be tools of the shorts. I did not expect existing short positions to be "grandfathered" under Reg SHO and I did expect some of our politicians to demand the SEC put a stop to it. I was wrong on all counts. Because of the fact many Americans have lost their moral compass I have been forced to lower my expectations however I still have hope that the pendulum will swing back. The Judge has an opportunity to make a difference and while not expecting it I am hoping that will happen. Go CTIX!!!
