FBI Uncovers 14,900 New Clinton Emails; Hundreds to Be Released Before Election
Hundreds of new emails from Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state could be made public before the election, following a federal court ruling.
Judge James E. Boasberg today ordered the State Department to finish by September 23 the first review of nearly 15,000 emails sent or received by Secretary Clinton that were uncovered by the FBI's investigation. Many of those records may be released shortly thereafter.
Judicial Watch, who brought the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, said today's court hearing countered Clinton's claim that all of her records had been turned over.
