Minor Leaguer Shatters His Own Windshield With Grand Slam Hit
A minor league baseball player hit an out-of-the-park grand slam, only for the ball to smash the windshield of his own truck.
Brandon Thomas, an outfielder for the Gateway Grizzlies in Sauget, IL, launched the grand slam homer during the second inning of their game on Sunday.
He didn't realize the ball struck his truck until after the game. Broadcaster Sam Levitt noted that the truck was parked some distance from the fence, describing the hit as a "moonshot."
