Well Ed was kind enough to drop off some samples last night for me to try and this morning I tried all 8 flavors. My favorites are the Sake Teriyaki, Western Style Outlaw, Black Pepper and Sea Salt, Rum and Coconut, and Memphis Dry Rub. The tenderness varies from the Sake Teriyaki which I have never seen anything this tender to more traditional jerky. I won't try to describe the flavors since their so varied and unique. A few people at work saw me tasting them and wanted to taste them. I already have retail orders for Ed and haven't even tried. I can easily retail a lot of this where I work for Ed. I really think HJOE has a winner here and the dealers will be able to retail a lot of this at most any event. Can't wait to see how the public likes it at the labor day festival.
