LOC is when the buyer sets up an account from which the buyer automatically charges when the buyer delivers the product. It is just like when you make an order with your credit card (especially monthly subscriptions) but your credit card gets billed when your product ships.
LOC is like a credit card but one is set up for each specific purchase agreement.
