I think both of you, in regard to damages Rosen may potentially have to pay CTIX, would be speaking about damages in a later civil suit by CTIX. The present sanctions are likely to be strictly the legal fees we have incurred plus possibly compensation for the time and effort of CTIX staff in preparing materials to fight the Rosen suit. EDIT: Other than that, I agree completely with Drano.

I completely support ripping Rosen's figurative guts out to compensate shareholders who saw the value of their shares drop. But that will likely come later, even though I would love to be proven wrong.
